Petroleum Technology Products (PTP) is a leading Well Completions Company based in Singapore serving customers globally. We are looking for an experienced and motivated person to lead our Sales and Marketing for continued global expansion. This position is based in Singapore.
- Identify opportunities in the global oil industry, develop a penetration strategy, and execute the plan.
- Develop and grow business relationships to successfully generate new business for PTP.
- Forecast and anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances.
- Develop Sales and Marketing goals, manage business activity, proposal generation, close ratios and other key performance indicators.
- Actively work with sales representatives and the PTP R & D team to expand and develop the business.
- Lead effective business development programs, campaigns, and processes designed to support a strong pipeline and backlog of revenue and promote PTP.
- Deal timely and effectively with all incoming business enquiries.
- Actively participate in and advise on proposal development, preparation and submission.
- Gather market intelligence business insights to support the business strategy.
- Develop and execute marketing plans.
- Minimum BS in engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years experience in well completions or related.
- Fluent in English.
- Dynamic individual with a wide network.
